Available in 3 sizes, here is how to work out which is the right size for you:1. Measure from the back of your knee to the ground (in your workout footwear) 2. Add 3cm to this measurement to allow for depression of the FIT BALL® 3. Choose the FIT BALL® that is the closest size ball after this figure Inflating the FIT BALL® using the Faster Blaster Pump:1. Unfold the ball 2. Have your pump ready and one blue stopper 3. Insert the point of the pump as far into the hole of the ball as possible without damaging your ball 4. Start to pump the ball by slowly moving the blue part of the pump, you will see that the ball will start to inflate 5. Once you have pumped your ball to its maximum, remove the pump from the hole in the ball placing your thumb or finger over the hole then insert the stopper 6. Your FIT BALL® is designed to be inflated to any diameter of your choice but no greater than the diameter of the ball ordered, i.e. 65cm ball should not be inflated beyond a height of 65cm Inflating the FIT BALL® using the Speed Pump:1. Unfold the ball 2. Have your electric speed pump ready and one blue stopper 3. Fit the largest nozzle of the Pump onto the pumps air outlet socket and with the pump running, place the nozzle so that it fully covers the hole in the ball 4. Press the Nozzle down onto the ball to create a seal while the air fills up the ball 5. 65cm ball should not be inflated beyond a height of 65cm 7. The Speed Pump inflates the FIT BALL® to the normal usage requirements. However, if you need your ball to be inflated to the maximum level (i.e. the ball will be very hard and will not depress when used) you need to use the Faster Blaster Pump to get the ball to this point. Note: The first time you inflate your ball it may be difficult to inflate it fully as the material is pliable and will stretch with use of the ball. Simply add more air as needed. Adjusting the stability of your FIT BALL®:The more air you pump into your FIT BALL® the less stable it will become. We recommend that to learn new or complex exercises with the ball slightly deflated. Then pump more air as you become familiar with your ball or require greater instability. To deflate your FIT BALL®, simply use a coin to prise out the stopper letting out the required amount of air. If you do not wish to regularly inflate and deflate your ball it is possible to purchase a stability platform which stabilises the ball and also stops it rolling away after use. |
