Pro Active Health is the exclusive UK distributor of the Original Pearl FIT BALL. Each ball is inflated and tested to a 300kg weight limit before deflation and packing.

The PRO FIT BALL is tested to a 500kg weight limit and is suitable for sports professionals taking part in more rigorous training sessions over and above the normal usage parameters.

FIT BALLS come in three sizes; 55cm, 65cm and 75 cm. As a general guide, when you sit on top of the ball with your feet flat on the floor, your hips should not be lower than your knees.

Depending on the type of exercise you are doing an approximate scale for choosing the right size FIT BALL is that if you are under 5ft 4in (1.6m) you should choose the 55cm, between 5ft 5in & 6ft (1.62m & 1.8m), the 65cm and anyone over 6ft should choose the 75cm ball.
